My client is a market leading international financial software vendor in the midst of aggressive expansion. They have three headcount for junior Application Support Analysts covering Cash Equities and Listed Derivatives Trading Technology.
The Role:
1st and 2nd Line Support for both Cash and Listed Derivatives Platforms
- These hires will form a new, small team of support analysts to join the existing pool of 10+ support analysts, reporting to a Service Desk manager
- Candidates will liaise with users to resolve critical issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Hands on Unix, Shell Scripting, Perl Scripting, and SQL work
- Going on-site to client environments to solve key issues and provide support at scheduled times
The Requirements:
- Approximately 3 years’ experience
- Superb communication skills in English and Cantonese
- Knowledge of Cash Equities and Listed Derivatives highly desirable
- Sharp analytical thinking, strong interpersonal skills and presentation ability, including excellent phone manner
