3 Senior JAVA Technical Leads – Investment Bank recruitment
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• A front office software delivery role
• Close collaboration with the front office change management team including business aligned analysts and other project participants such as Client Advisors, their assistants and Operations staff
• Directing the activities of a globally distributed team
• Leadership of a team of technologists and business analysts in the delivery of a portfolio of browser-based business system projects
• Overall responsibility for the strategic roadmap, design and delivery of systems to meet business needs
• Oversight and ensuring adherence to group SDLC and other standards governing project delivery
REQUIREMENTS:
• 7+ years working experience
• Strong technical skills and experience architecting, designing and implementing multi-tier web-based systems in Java, using industry standard technologies (J2EE, Spring)
• Utilising a reputable set of project delivery methodologies
• Business requirements gathering; participating with stakeholders in discussions on both system functionality and project delivery
• Strong English Communications along with Mandarin preferable
