3 Trader roles <5 years experience

I am currently working on 3 roles for traders, from 3 quite different firms, these are:

1) Global Macro Trader, execution role. While execution only you are fully involved in the firm's strategies and conversations and there is clearly a longer-term opportunity to run your own book. This is a global top macro fund with a long track record and global offices. You MUST have (a) 2-5 years trading experience at a tier 1 bank or hedge fund (b) Perfect academics eg MSc from LSE (c) trading experience of EM FX or FI. Excellent pay and prospects.

2) Interest Rates Trader / Structurer. My client is a major FX fund looking to expand its business into the rates side so seek to add someone competent in this area to lead the product trading and development. You should have 3-4 years' experience trading or structuring in rates across Europe, other markets also useful given the global nature of this business. Circa £60k, chance to move to the buyside, and take on substantial responsibility.

3) Commodity hedge fund seeks graduates or those with a little trading experience to start as assistants to traders, booking trades etc to eventually progress to prop traders with PL payout etc. Starting at £25k basic and rising to £35k after 6 months, it will still take around 18-24months before you are running your own trading book.

All roles in west London.

Please email your CV in strictest confidence to chris.apostolou@arbitrage-search.com.

Thank you.
