Our in-demand client is searching for a dynamic, outgoing, personable, respectful 360 Degree Recruiter to join their team in Torontos downtown core. You will be responsible for building their presence here in Ontario and throughout Canada. This is an amazing opportunity for a strong, sales focused recruiter who wants to join an established worldwide company just in its infancy stages of growth in Canada. Youd be part of the initial core team.
You have demonstrated your ability to quickly learn complex processes and procedures, and become a subject matter expert and start teaching others. You are a natural at building and sustaining relationships and your sense of enthusiasm is infectious. People enjoy spending time with you. If you are known to be a bit of a workaholic, and capitalize on opportunities without having to spend a lot of time over thinking things, this could be the right role for you.
Minimum requirements (Non-Negotiable) * 3-4 year experience in recruitment (preference to agency recruiters with a specialty) * Demonstrated employment stability * Desire to become a Big Biller
