Responsibilities in a given 3rd Shift Business Operations Generalist role could include:
· Generating individualized strategies to address our customers’ unique issues by providing viable solutions based on sound research and data analysis
· Analyzing market trends to identify new customer opportunities through comprehensive strategic research
· Advising customers via phone, fax and email about product, pricing, delivery and documentation
· Reviewing, analyzing, and entering customer orders with exceptional precision and efficiency

Requirements
We seek intelligent, quality-driven and web-savvy individuals with at least a bachelor’s degree in any discipline. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must. Additionally, we seek candidates that possess a keen eye for detail and enjoy thinking critically to solve problems.
Schedule
We are currently seeking full-time candidates to work with our overnight customers from 9pm to 6am Sunday thru Friday (Tuesdays and Saturdays off). A three month training period would include daytime hours Monday thru Friday (8am to 4pm) after which you would transition to the 3rd shift schedule.
