Having doubled their turnover in the past two years, this family owned business has seen significant growth in their ASP Level 1 and 2 operations. With their order book full until October and with their strategic position in the market, the business is expected to triple their turnover within the next five years.
Due to this expansion they are seeking to recruit a 3rd/4th year apprentice linesman to join their team for work across Sydney's 11kV, 33kV, 66kV and 132kV networks.
This is a permanent position and is based around a 38hr week with an RDO once per month. There is guaranteed overtime and currently their teams can work from 10-14hrs per day with LAFHA and accommodation paid when working away.
As this is a smaller family owned business there is nowhere to hide and although you will be paid handsomely, you are expected to work for it. You will have a strong personality and have the ability to state your opinion should it be required. In return the company will offer you support for further training and development as well as assisting you to complete your cert III.
This is an opportunity for line workers who aspire to progress their distribution career as there will be opportunities to move into Project Management in the future.
