Kelly Financial Resources is recruiting for a 401k Analyst for our client in North Charlotte. This is a temp to hire opportunity and the client is looking to interview right away This role will require the ability to processing activities related to all company-sponsored 401 k plans. Performing internal and external customer service contact Ensure accuracy of all transaction processing and reporting through weekly defined contribution plan reconciliations. Administer all basic activities of defined contribution plans including: non-discrimination and compliance testing, data auditing, and metrics tracking and reporting. Assist in research and resolution of plan administrative issues including such things as plan document review, and legal and compliance questions. Perform vendor audits to assure accurate plan administration. Support 5500 and auditor questions. A successful candidate will have: BS/BA in Finance/Accounting/Business/or related with 2 years relevant experience. Ability to comprehend 401k/accounting related issues, conduct research, and provide resolution. Knowledge of 401k and 5500 s Possess a strong customer service skills Strong communication skills Proficient in MS office products Recent Peoplesoft experience is preferred Ability to develop and interpret data upon request.
