ABB – Sales Engineer

We are offering a position as a Sales Engineer at ABB Oy, Wiring Accessories unit in Porvoo. In this position, your main target is to help our unit to reach export growth targets. The main focus of operations is in Northern Europe. Your product portfolio will include diverse low-voltage products, such as light switches, socket outlets, electronics products, and installation material. You will make customer visits as well as actively monitor the markets and report on the developments to the unit. Your customers include electrical installers, electrical wholesalers, and ABB sales units. You will create a dynamic interaction between our factory and the customers for example by organizing product training and round table events.

We require a M.Sc. or B.Sc. degree in engineering (preferably electrical engineering) and at least three years of relevant technical or business experience. You are sales and marketing-oriented, and you have good social, communication and presentation skills. You have an active and independent way of working, but you are also a team player. To succeed in this job, you will need fluent English and Swedish skills. Other language skills are an advantage. The job requires travelling.
