Sales and Support Manager Job in Eloy, Arizona Us
An established and growing manufacturing company serving the mining and power industries throughout North America is adding a Sales and Support Manager to our existing team.
This position would be a hybrid role involving both inside and outside sales and manufacturing support activities, with an approximate split in responsibilities of 75% inside sales and support and 25% outside sales and support.
Daily responsibilities of this position will include, but not be limited to, the following:
- Quoting of both standard and custom products to end user customers and an existing sales team comprising of three outside and one inside sales personnel.
- Coordinate the activities of the outside sales staff to insure maximum sales effort and effect.
- Daily communications with manufacturing staff both at local and remote manufacturing facilities to assist in tracking production and order status.
- Periodic visits to end-user customers in the Southwest Region to assure satisfaction with products and services.
- Work with other local and remote management staff on various company programs and initiatives.

Past experience with the mining and power industries is strongly preferred. A college degree is desirable but previous appropriate job experience is acceptable.
This position will be located at our manufacturing plant in Eloy.
