*ABS Manager~ Job in Chandler, Arizona Us
As an ABS Manager, you will provide leadership, coaching and support for all continuous improvement activities at Pimalco focusing on critical productivity gains, product quality and cost reductions while always supporting and driving EHS. Position will be accountable for Kaizen execution across the plant in all areas ensuring deployment and ownership of the methodology.
Under the direction of the Plant Manager, the ABS Manager will:
*Lead activities to move towards a problem-solving and execution culture.
*Manage the development, delivery, and continuous process improvement of ABS systems and tools.
*Act as ABS administrator, trainer, coach, and resource
*Implementing ABS Tools at production centers or offices to create business stabilization.
*Eliminating waste throughout the workplace creating a safer and more efficient environment.
*Tracking ABS Tools' impact/progress on equipment or work areas.
*Assisting in the installation of standardized work into production crews.
*Providing problem-solving methods and training to production crews.
*Cash generation through continuous improvement.
*Drive Degree of Implementation
**Position can be a JG 18 or 19 commesurate with experience
Basic Qualifications
*5 years of significant manufacturing industry experience, with experience in an environment of lean manufacturing system deployment.
*Experience in improving business operations through implementation of lean manufacturing systems.
*Proven experience in establishing and maintaining relationships with multiple levels of an organization.
*Proven ability to deliver results as a change agent - strong influencing skills, high degree of credibility.
*Recognized subject matter expert in Lean Manufacturing Systems.
*Knowledge and skill in change management.
