Accident and Travel Underwriting Manager
Full Job Description
Our client is looking for a candidate perform the following duties :
Effective leadership and management of the personal accident and travel underwriting team
Development of broker and carrier relationships
Compilation and provision of management information as required
Delivery of results in line with business plan-budget
Input to the development and marketing of existing and new products
Mentor and develop the underwriting team
Continually monitor competitiveness of product base in terms of price and scope of cover
As well as having worked within a similar role our client would consider applications from people with the following skills :
Team leadership and mentoring skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Technically competent
Numerate
