Position Summary:
The Corporate Sales Associate assists Sales Team to develop and execute the TS Corp sales strategy (inbound/ outbound) for both MNC's and local Corporate in Korea. The Associate also takes responsibility for developing and executing CB (Commercial Bank) strategy for CB clients in Korea.
Key Accountabilities/ Responsibilities:
- Develop relationship and close deals, taking responsibility for Commercial Bank clients.
- Share in the team's responsibility for growing revenue, profitability and establishing client relationships
- Supporting the sales managers through the preparation of proposals and presentations for existing and prospective customers
- Acting as back-up in the relationship management of existing clients
- Supporting the implementation of new client solutions and following up client queries
- Appropriate collaboration with Client Service, Operations, Product, Technology, Risk, Credit, Legal and other areas to optimize product and service delivery to clients
Skills
General knowledge and Experience Required:
- You will be able to demonstrate, with examples, the intellectual ability and desire to develop your client and technical skills to ultimately assume a Sales/Relationship Management role
- You will be able to discuss your experience in a front office environment, where you have had to deal with Client requests/enquiries
- You will be able to demonstrate where your outstanding communication skills have been used with a positive outcome, in a client facing environmen
Competencies:
- Proven Associate track record (minimum 3 years experience)
- Strong communication skills in both English and Korean
- Team player
- Excellent PC skills
- Graduate preferably from a major Business or engineer school
