Account Coordinator / Client Relations (NYC)

Consult, advise, position, and sell value added investor relations, corporate communications, and board products. Effectively negotiate contract / pricing terms. Be responsible for quarterly sales targets and pipeline management. Attend and organize professional meetings, seminars, and industry conferences to improve knowledge and strengthen relationships. This person will be selling our Rockville, Maryland client's indexes to investment advisers and pension funds or also be selling their indexes to organizations that create products (more licensing side of selling). The Coordinator will need to help in the coordination of meetings with organizations and trade shows. Get agreements set-up and finalized and possibly build promotional material with the Corporate Communications Team. Some travel to DC will be needed, but not much.
