ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE - OUTSIDE SALES

Independence Communications, Inc. (ICI) is one of the largest independently-owned affiliate organizations in our industry. We are a privately held, multi-million dollar, full-service media and Technology Company with locations primarily in the Mid-Atlantic Regions. We offer media delivery (music, television, digital media, etc) as well as sales and leasing of capital equipment in the electronic media industry.

We're currently seeking an experienced career minded Sale Account Executive looking for a new and exciting career with unlimited earning potential to join our team in our Greater Wheeling, WV Regional Territory. Ideally, this candidate will have experience in B2B service and sales and a track record in managing large account bases.

This person will be responsible for managing accounts in a high-volume territory and retaining/growing business within the territory. This person will be responsible for introducing new products, managing customer issues, offering Sales Promotions and re-contracting our base accounts.

Requirements:
• We are looking for a highly motivated customer service professional within the copier,
  medical supply, uniform, security or other B2B industries.
• We're looking for a someone who is responsible, accountable, ethical, career-focused, self-
  motivated and resilient; team focused and is looking for a great opportunity with a fun and
  dynamic company.
• Minimum of three (3) years successful OUTSIDE SALES direct Business-to Business

 

 

Responsibilities:

• Prospect, identify, and generate new business in a B 2 B atmosphere.
• Recommends customized solutions to meet customers’ requirements.
• Responsible for account up-sell and lead generation
• Ability to make COLD CALLS and develop Client relationships.
• This role requires independent thought and decision making skills that are above average
   and easily proven.
• Must have a creative approach to selling and strong closing abilities.

• Must possess excellent communication skills
• Track all sales activities; respond quickly and appropriately to all deviations in
   client opportunities.
• Maintain up-to-date understanding of industry and competitive trends.

Qualifications:
• Proven B2B history of successful sales track record.
• Demonstrated history of obtaining new business and retaining current customer base.
• Self-motivation; driven by reward and recognition.
• Able to work in a team environment where no one is as strong as all.
Self-motivated, self- achievers, hard-working, high energy and successful closers.
