Account Executive - Corporate Accounts

- Increase sales volume through direct but foremost indirect sales effort in assigned accounts

- Formulate a strategic business development plan for indirect business within CA with clear objectives, actions, owners, time lines and sales targets

- Develop multilevel relationships with key accounts and channel partners

- Represent Dell at both customers and channel partners by setting up (customer)visits, demonstrations and presentations

- Provide input to senior management on customers, partners and competitive trends

- Call on accounts/partners alone, with Sales Manager and/ Executive Sponsorship, including efficient time management skills to ensure weekly visit target is met

- Take ownership for any customer issues within account base, escalating as appropriate

- Manage accounts + partners and ensure that they are kept informed of any changes within Dell, including processes, services, products and solutions

- Maintain a reliable weekly product and sales forecast summary for the assigned accounts, also providing a clear indication of potential business both quarterly and beyond

- Collaborate very closely with the channel and CA organisation (i.e. interact and set up SMART goals) in order to improve the channel mix in CA

- All the above in such a manner that the assigned targets and goals on revenue, margin and services are achieved
