The Role
The Account Executive is primarily responsible for business development with both existing and new client companies. Account Executives spend the majority of their time in the field, working closely with existing and prospective clients and candidates, ensuring that all needs are met and strong relationships are established.

The ideal candidate has:
- a Bachelor's degree in business, finance/accounting or a related discipline
- 2+ years outside sales experience; preferably service-oriented sales (rather than product sales)
- superb communication, listening, and customer service skills
- the ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment
- great organization skills and pays attention to detail
- a strong ability to network effectively and generate referrals – cold calling, the organization to follow up on leads and an understanding that it’s a numbers game
- strong drive: pushes him/herself to exceed set goals
