Account Executive – Sweden Desk recruitment

Responsibilities

1.Independently identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, market analysis and networking.

2.Perform ongoing analysis on new/existing client portfolios.

3. Through client management via telephone solicitation: solicit orders, price up the order/trade and execute the order via client instructions.

4. Manage the relationship with the clients and provide excellent customer service.

5.On a monthly basis meet/exceed revenue and new account targets set by supervisor.

6.Create revenue thru open trading deals.

7.Work alongside other sales personnel to generate, motivate and support sales team efforts.

8.Work alongside back office staff to resolve potential Compliance, Operation or Credit issues of concern.

9.Work with Sales Support staff for on-boarding process.

10. Absolute adherence to company compliance and regulatory requirements and guidelines.

Authority:

  1. To solicit business on behalf of AFEX.
  2. To negotiate and book trades – most offices spots and forwards only.
  3. Options: only those authorized by the company as certified to sell Options for the company have the authority to do so.


Accountability:

  1. Reports to Sales Floor manager of the region in which they work. 
  2. Accountable to monthly targets set by manager for them.
  3. Accountable to supply excellent customer service to their clientele.
  4. Accountable to fellow staff members to work in coordination to support AFEX as a whole.

Experience/Requirements

1.Strong sales and analysis skills for successful business generation. Prior business development experience within the Swedish market preferred.

2.Experience in the field of foreign exchange services.

3.Strong interpersonal skills,  professional deportment and the ability to persuade. An understanding of Swedish business culture along with an existing business network within Sweden is preferred.

4.Strong verbal and written communication ability.

5.Organization, verbal and visual presentation, and a proactive approach to sales.

6.Excellent time management.

7.Insight and experience to protect the company’s commercial priorities and positively drive client relationship.

8. Extreme attention to detail, particularly with respect to client information and payment data.

9. Strong mathematical skills.
