Account Handler
Full Job Description
Our client is currently looking to recruit a number of Account Handlers.
You will be responsible to a portfolio of commercial accounts with premiums from £5k - £250k dealing with adjustments, renewals etc.
You will be required to build relationship via telephone and meetings with the target of retaining clients.
There will also be a new business element to your role.
Our client is looking for commercial claims handlers with experience of working with clients face to face and over the phone.
You should have previously achieved exceptional results in both client retention and client development.
You should also be studying or have qualified in the CII qualification.
