Account Management Analyst recruitment
The Account Management team is an integral part of Fortress’s Capital Formation Group (CFG). The team supports and impacts all businesses globally through ownership of the Dynamo CRM system. The team also manages the implementation of strategic technology initiatives; creation and maintenance of management reporting; global coordination of client conferences and identification of potential opportunities through research of 3rd party data and Account Review process.
The Account Management Analyst will:
- Partner with the global marketing teams to provide daily support for the Dynamo CRM system and maintain the accuracy of the system data
- Partner with the CFG - IT developers to manage the monthly CRM system data load
- Enhance Dynamo through report development and customized views for the marketing teams
- Participate in each Capital Formation team’s pipeline process through meeting attendance and ensuring the pipelines are updated on an accurate and timely basis
- Other ad-hoc projects for the CFG Senior Management team, as needed
The ideal candidate will have:
- A college degree with 2-4 years of work experience in financial services
- Experience using a CRM system; knowledge of Dynamo is preferred
- Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server
- Extremely strong attention to detail and effective problem solving skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and independently
