AVP Risk Management – Private Equity (Ref. no:AVPRM-PE/AT060312) recruitment
As a part of their rapid expansion plans in their HK operations, they are actively seeking an Assistant Vice President to join their Risk Management team in HK. This will be a high profile role, requiring interaction with senior management across the company and within the region.
You will be responsible for performing new investment analysis and preparing independent risk reports on investments across various markets. Your role will also involve performing portfolio reviews and setting relevant risk limits. Some ad hoc projects will consist in performing UATs and vetting legal documentation. The role will require you to work mainly on primary markets. On a daily basis, you will be interacting with many different teams locally and regionally as well.
To be eligible for this position, you will justify of 4-6 years experience in risk management in the Private Equity industry, including at least 3 years in portfolio risk analysis of institutional clients. A solid experience on primary markets is essential, with strong background in Structured Finance and Convertibles. It is required to have good inter-personal skills and be fluent in both English and Mandarin.
