Account Manager (APAC) – Electronic Interdealer Broker, Singapore recruitment

 You will be at the forefront of business and work closely with product managers, support teams and brokers to provide a progressive approach to the improvement of electronic trading.

You will provide a clear understanding of all electronic product offerings by the company and be able to troubleshoot on behalf of clients, account management and the broking desk.  This role is heavily relationship based and will have to demonstrate a solid understanding of meeting clients specific requirements.

You will provide support to the Head of Account Management in preparation for their off-site client visits and provide analytical accounts of product usage

You will be heavily involved in all demonstrations, reports and presentations and manage all user access for the Singapore office

From a business viewpoint you will have a solid understanding on finance and comprehend internal and external trade work flow and provide STP support where needed

This is a global group and you will work collaboratively with global account management team sharing suggestions, experiences and guidance

To be considered you will have:-

- Excellent communication, interpersonal and client facing skills with the ability to build rapport and network with a range of clients and third parties
- Experience at financial service vendor or using financial technology systems
- Degree educated in either a financial, technical or
-Relevant financial services experience (preferably in CDS)
- Ability to work in a high pressure and ever-changing environment and balance multiple priorities
- Heavily Detail orientated
- Proficient in Excel and familiar with Bloomberg

- Any language skills in Mandarin , Cantonese or Japanese is highly attractive
