This is a fantastic opportunity to join an exciting creative agency and lead an online company as the MD. The company is a very exciting web-based community and you will have the opportunity to make this your own – grow the business, lead a team and develop the company, all with the backing of a fantastic creative agency.

Role

Overall responsibility for realising the business plan and vision of the company. Day to day this will involve meeting clients, articulating the vision of the company and thinking laterally about the best solutions for clients and ways of working with partners. It also includes liaising with staff and partners to ensure everyone is motivated and abreast of objectives, keep on top of revenues, cost of sales and overheads and make adjustments where needed to manage growth and profitability targets. The MD will also liaise with investors to keep them updated on company performance.

 

Requirements

·         Fantastic Business Head - strong business acumen financial skills (interpreting management accounts)

·         Drive, energy and motivation to develop the company and make it the best it can be –overall vision for the long-term future whist running it day to day

·         A passion for film

·         Experience/ understanding of digital marketing and monetizing websites

·         Understanding /experience of developing partnerships, working on client pitches and business development 

 

The energy, passion intelligence to lead a business is key to this role along with a strong understanding of digital. This person will have the opportunity to develop an existing small business and grow it in to a profitable and exciting company.
