Overview:
Working closely with Relationship and Investment Managers in servicing clients and the management of day to day needs of clients by processing transactions, resolving account/payment problems, providing administrative and operational support. Working with onshore and offshore booking centres.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare account opening packs, process the opening and closing of accounts, ensuring that the proper documentation has been obtained. Ensure that the data entry of account information has been performed accurately into the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
* Conduct due diligence searches in connection with 'Know Your Client' policies and procedures.
* Follow up with Relationship Managers (RMs) and clients on missing/outstanding documentation.
* Assist RM's in preparing pitches presentations for client meetings.
* Research, follow up, and resolve client enquiries through effective interaction with clients, RMs, Investment Managers (IMs), branch/operating areas, and other staff in a timely and professional manner.
* General Client administration, filing, processing client instructions such as debits and credits, wire transfers, deposits, security, bonds and mutual fund investments and redemptions, etc., within established deadlines and according to existing policies and procedures.
* Follow up on all transactions to ensure they were accurately processed.
* Uphold all regulatory and compliance policies and procedures to mitigate risks and ensure that the Bank is fully protected.
* Maintain ongoing client satisfaction.
* Maintain Private Banking standards for Service Quality.
You will have:
* Good client relationship, communication, and problem-solving skills and the ability to develop a good knowledge of the client base, with sensitivity to specific client needs in order to establish a strong rapport with both clients and individuals in operating areas throughout the Bank.
* The ability to quickly access and utilize the full range of computerized account and product information systems within the Bank's applications.
* Good knowledge of the flow of information and money through the Bank's systems in order to operate more autonomously in setting priorities and resolving problems.
* Proven Financial Services experience in a service role within Private Wealth Management.
* Investment Management Certificate (Unit 1 2) or Equivalent
