Account Manager, Investment Banking Preferred Supplier relationship.

Located in the heart of St James’s, Oldbury Howard is in its sixth year of trading and ready for the next stage of growth.  To date we have grown our business through contract recruitment, placing high level Business Analysts and Project Managers into both Buy side and Sell side institutions. Business driven business change and business driven technology change have accounted for most of the demand of these skill sets in recent times, with institutional transformation being the focus.  We are Preferred Suppliers to a number of major financial institutions.

We are looking to hire an Account Manager to join us to maintain and develop one of our key Investment Bank accounts. The roles released from this client are a mixture of Business Analyst and Project/Programme Management skill sets and tend to be more ‘business’ than ‘IT’ headcount. Typical duties you will be asked to perform for this role;

• Key contact for the end client/manager and on-site recruiter, for all recruitment matters

• Attend agency briefings

• A hands-on delivery role requiring full life cycle management of the recruitment process from sourcing candidates, to placement and on-boarding

• Regular Client/Manager meetings to understand upcoming recruitment needs

• Production of rate benchmarks and other market information as required

This pivotal hire requires a resourceful and driven individual who is looking to shape a major role in a growing business, and can expect to be rewarded well for achievement of agreed targets.
