RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Assists in the development of program strategies, objectives and tactics
· Manages and assists with the operation of each particular client account/program including: budgeting, project management and strategic marketing plans
· Accountable for making sound decisions surrounding the financial performance of the account
· Execute the appropriate Aimia processes, including: program management, project management, financial management
· Work with management to ensure internal program plans match client validated plans resulting in delivery of program results to meet client requirements and Aimia business results
· Will work with existing account supervisor to ensure that client expectations and requirements are clearly understood
· Maintain overall satisfaction and retention of clients on assigned programs
· Validate and manage all program changes with client
· Liaises between the client and the account team to update current account/program status
· Liaises with internal departments and account team to ensure client deliverables are met
· Assists in planning both short and long term strategic objectives for the client
· Participates in edits and proofing of content delivered to clients
· Reconciles and adheres to budgets for each client’s program
· Participates in team status meetings
· Identifies opportunities for improvement
· Sources and recommends opportunities for new client business
· Build relationships and drive business and account management with top clients
· May provide supervisory leadership to a team
· Performs other duties as required
QUALIFICATIONS/KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Marketing, minimum 3-5 years related agency experience
· Previous supervisory experience preferred if leading a team
· Flexibility to travel as needed
· Works with minimal guidance
· Have a working knowledge of Aimia’s products, services and solutions
· Familiarity with a specific client or a specific client’s business/industry
· Exhibit strong results oriented behavior
· Excellent organizational, presentation and communication skills
· Proven track record in building long-term client relationships and business development
· Computer literacy
