Account Manager recruitment
- Ideally from financial services vendor or experience in using financial technology systems
- Must have experience in CDS and Interest Rates
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and client facing skills
The candidate with play an integral role in managing and promoting my client's risk reduction tools and inter-dealer trading platform. You will be part of a global account management team who will be work closely with product managers, support teams and brokers to provide a progressive approach to the improvement of electronic trading. We are seeking for an individual that has a strong sense of teamwork and dedication to company growth.
Main Functions
- Have a clear understanding of all electronic product offerings and be able to troubleshoot on behalf of clients, account management and the broking desk
- Ability to demonstrate and discuss our products while tailoring your relationship to meet clients specific requirements and/or preferred style of communication
- Assist in the creation of training materials for new and existing functionality
- Provide support to the Head of Account Management in preparation for their off-site client visits; collate pertinent feedback, highlight relevant meeting topics and provide analytical accounts of product usage
- Provide on site assistance for all demos
- Maintain and update relevant documents including call reports, product one-pagers and PowerPoint presentations
- Liaise with the Database team to create/modify reports to help monitor screen usage and tailor options to clients needs
- Be available to assist other areas of business as required.
- Understand internal and external trade work flow and provide STP support where needed
- Manage client feedback, keeping appropriate groups informed of updates/progress
- Work collaboratively with global account management team sharing suggestions, experiences and guidance
To qualify, individuals must possess:
- Experience at financial services vendor or using financial technology systems
- Relevant financial derivatives experience (preferably in CDS and Interest rate)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and client facing skills
- Ability to work in a high pressure and ever-changing environment and balance multiple priorities
- Detail oriented
- Degree educated
- Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with Bloomberg
