Responsibilities
Account Management
- Develop key relationships with decision makers
- Gain a clear understanding of the client’s business organization
- Push relevant product service information to the client
- Educate support customers on software, technical analysis, data content
- Provide a regular presence at key account sites as required by customer
- Maintaining customer account information
- Customer Service
- Software, market data, and order execution support
- Billing support
- New customer on-boarding
- On-site support for key accounts
- Work new telephone and website inquiries and convert to sales
- Work customer referrals and convert to sales
- New customer on-boarding
- New systems sales and add-on systems sales
- Value added services sales
- Software tutorials –basic and advanced
- Customer communications
- Customer issue/problem resolution
- Regular “touching base” calls to inactive customers
- Enablement/account modifications
- Upgrades: services, infrastructure
- Customer moves
- Disconnects
- Providing billing/contract explanations
- Inside Sales
- Other related responsibilities may include
Requirements
- You are driven by achieving goals and customer satisfaction
- You have strong knowledge of, and passion for, the financial markets and the best technology and tools to enable traders’ success
- You have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Finance/Marketing or equivalent certification and work experience
- You have successful experience selling and supporting high-end trading platforms or other financial software
- You have experience in the Energy industry
Working Conditions
This is a unique opportunity to work out of your home-based office in the Houston area. Some travel, to both customer sites and other CQG offices, would be required.
