Account Manager recruitment

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategic plans for assigned customers, recognizing the customer’s unique business challenges and objectives.

- Responsible for the financial strategy associated with the customer that includes short-term and long-term strategies to address customer needs and maximize profitability.

- Deliver renewals and financial accountings, displaying strong financial knowledge base.

- Create collaborative partnerships with sales and underwriting to develop a comprehensive growth strategy for assigned book of business that is aligned with customer’s objectives, financial position and employee benefit strategy while providing cross-sell opportunities and profitable revenue and growth.

- Ensure proactive analysis of customer’s utilization reports and other key data points to better understand factors driving plan results; creates actionable improvements that address specific customer needs

- Lead and provides oversight to effective case installation planning, management, and process improvement.

- Proactively identifies potential service issues and takes steps to resolve those service issues that arise.

- Follow up with Operations team on escalated service issues to the point of resolution

- Develop mutually rewarding working relationships with broker and customer contacts by providing excellent customer service which results in customer/member satisfaction, renewal of case and retention of customer.

- Mentors account service representatives.

- Effectively utilizes and integrates technology in work processes to optimize customer interactions and maximize efficiencies.  

Requirements:

- 5+ years industry, sales, account management, or customer service experience.

- College degree or equivalent experience

- Licensure as required by local authority
