Account Manager recruitment
• Increase revenue within existing territory of accounts
• Increase Client satisfaction within territory
• Act as Single Point of Contact SPC with designated clients and orchestrate additional Omgeo activities into the accounts
• Develop contacts and engage at senior levels within the designated territory with confidence and integrity.
• Build multiple networks of relationships within accounts
• Present and clearly articulate Omgeo strategies at senior levels to both our clients and industry/client events.
• Work closely with Sales in pursuing new revenue generating activities
• Provide consulting services and overall guidance in STP matters affecting clients and their customers.
• Build and drive near term and long term account plans for designated clients accounts
• Create and manage counter party campaigns to grow community with key clients
• Support Relationship Managers in revenue generating activities in allocated Tier 1 accounts
• Analysis of competitive landscape and business development within this segment
- Broad IM, Broker, Bank IMO business understanding, including appropriate industry domain expertise, product knowledge, comprehension of sales process and general business management.
- The individual must be able to present confidently the Omgeo business proposition to all external audiences.
- The individual must have client relationship management experience.
- Functional competence demonstrated by tangible results and achievement of goals and objectives that reach cross-functionally and impact a broader organization.
- Responsible for meeting goals objectives for assigned accounts including maintaining and generating new revenue.
Monitors use of Omgeo products and recommends to client’s ways to use the services more effectively.
- financial industry experience
- Knowledge of Settlement Processing a plus
- 2-4 years client relations/account management experience
