Account Manager [Ref: No: P767 – Account Manager (KM)] recruitment
- Principal point of contact for production teams of GTS and ITEC
- Follow and analyze production incidents and problems
- Manage relationship between GTS and ITEC for projects/requests
- Coordination of service delivery with clients
Your Role:
1. SSM – Solution Service Manager
- Manage incidents (coordination escalation)
- Manage problems (post mortems follow up)
- Management of the Release (RRB, REL validation and management conflicts)
- Coordinate critical events (Expiry, ARM)
- Provide cost information for technical platforms
2. SPM – Solution Project Manager
- Analyze needs, means and costs required for fulfillment of request
- Identify solutions from the Service Catalogue or study solutions with involvement of GAM architects for non standard requests
- Facilitate management of change
- Coordinate service delivery with Business Line IT
- Reporting strategic communication to clients (service delivery, financial information, GTS strategic messages)
3. ISM/IPM – Integration Service/Project Manager
- Coordination of Infradays in AsiaPacific
4. Account Manager
- Participation to global GAM/RAM meetings
- Maintain relationship with IT/BL to gather information on projects, feedbacks...
- Client demand management
Your Profile:
- Good communication and technical skills
- SG organization and process
- ITIL process / certification
- Project management skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT or related disciplines
