One of Europe’s leading fully integrated talent management consultancies working with clients across the full employee lifecycle from employee acquisition and assessment to engagement, development and career management is seeking an Account Manager, Client Development Manager to strengthen the management team.

MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Complete the full account management cycle from identifying new up-sell, cross-sell opportunities to leading the development of outstanding proposals and presentations.
Exposure to formal tendering processes would be a distinct advantage.
Commercially astute and a skilled negotiator, you will be able to develop existing accounts.
Interface with existing clients who are predominantly HR professionals.
Develop projects that are based around bespoke interventions – not just “off the shelf” solutions or software packages.
