Key Responsibilities:
*Assist customers transitioning into our client's products
*Training customers how to use and get the most from our client's products
*Communicate with customers via phone and email in a timely and professional manner addressing any questions or concerns
*Work in teams to explore new solutions to customer issues and report findings to Directors.
All candidates must have the following:
*Bachelors degree in either accounting or finance with strong IT experience OR a bachelors degree in software development with experience of financial services.
* Experience in accounting/finance industry preferred
*The ability to articulate and communicate with clients and colleagues of all levels
*The capacity to mange multiple projects simultaneously from start to finish
*Strong customer facing skills, and the ability to understand their business and provide them with a competitive edge
*A positive, energetic, outgoing personality to match that of our clients
