Account Services Manager IRC44207
The primary responsibility of this position is to provide leadership and direction to on-site office, driver, and dock associates at a Schneider cross-dock facility. Assist in promoting and conveying the values and expectation of the customer and Schneider National to all associates. Ensures on-site team provides the necessary support to meet and exceed the customer expectations and needs. Customer liaison between the customers’ shipping department and Schneider National. Develop an operating plan, equipment needs, and delivery schedules.
1. Frontline supervisor experience on an LTL/small package cross-dock or warehouse strongly preferred
2. Willingness and ability to work overnight shift (2p – 12a)
3. High level of drive, energy and stress tolerance
4. Solid judgment and problem solving ability
5. Strong communication and team building skills
6. Strong interpersonal skills
7. 4-year degree strongly preferred
