One of the nation's top advertising agencies is seeking an experienced /Account Supervisor for our B2B clients.

What skills are needed to apply:

• 5+ years of advertising agency experience
• B2B knowledge/experience, preferably working on financial services accounts
• Proven track record of managing integrated marketing programs for clients (including, but not limited to, traditional, digital, direct mail, channel marketing)
• Must have led or worked on interactive projects
• Must have been involved in managing a photoshoot and/or TV shoot
• Proven track record managing staff
• Experience managing multiple projects and creative problem-solving under tight deadlines
• Must be able to demonstrate successful track record of cultivating and managing accounts (across multiple disciplines)
• Exceptional client service, organizational, detail and communications skills
• Thrives in fast-paced environment
• Willingness to travel

What you will be doing:

• Play an integral role in the management and development of global corporate, financial services accounts requiring branding and integrated marketing solutions
• Responsible for day to day account management including structure and development of campaign action plans and driving to completion (creative development, production, media plans)
• Assists in developing integrated marketing strategies for our clients, in addition to managing the day to day projects
• Interaction with other members of the account team, creative, media, digital strategy, project management as well as client contacts and business partners
• Responsible for account team performance and general vitality of the agency/client relationship
• Manage and mentor account staff; will supervise an AAE
• Develop and manage to scope of work and client metrics
• Posses a deep understanding of the client’s business and category and builds similar understanding with agency
• Engages client in forward looking program planning, partners with creative to develop these communication solutions
• Helps to identify and develop new business opportunities within the account
• Motivate and lead internal and external resources, build good relationships with various teams and keep them focused on quality deliverables, timelines and budgets
• Able to present complex information both orally and in writing
