Toll Brothers, Inc., America's Luxury Home Builder, seeks an Accountant for Gibraltar Capital and Asset Management, our growing wholly owned subsidiary.
Gibraltar Capital and Asset Management LLC, (www.GibraltarCapital.net), a wholly owned subsidiary of Toll Brothers, Inc., was formed to pursue and provide a broad range of real estate acquisition and investment opportunities and services. These include the acquisition and disposition of loans and property portfolios, the development of sites for sale, providing assistance to banks and developers in the workout of troubled assets, and a myriad of other potential investments where its and Toll Brothers’ capabilities and capital access can add value. Gibraltar’s senior management team combines expertise in real estate, distressed acquisitions and workouts, land development, and finance. In a little more than one year after its formation, Gibraltar has already invested in the acquisition of individual loans and portfolios of commercial and residential acquisition, development and construction loans with unpaid principal balances totaling more than $2 billion dollars.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Assist with the quarter-end close and financial statement preparation
- Monitor, track and assist in the review of accounts payable invoices
- Prepare monthly management reporting
- Assist in the preparation of annual and quarterly financial projections
- Provide support to asset managers, and interact with third-party servicer
- Assist in the creation and implementation of internal controls including the maintenance of written documentation
- Assist with quarterly and annual external and internal audit processes for applicable areas of responsibility
- Perform ad-hoc analyses and requests, including special projects
- Report to Gibraltar Controller
