Accountant
Function:
This is a challenging and multifaceted function. As an accountant you are in charge of an administrative assistant and reporting to the Finance manager. In this role you are responsible for the enitire finance administration. You will be working in the Mechelen office but required to travel to the Diegem office two days per week.
Tasks and responsibilities
- Timely and proper input of all finance processes
- Control of G/L accounts reconciliations
- Monthly closings (cost allocation, deferred charges accruals, stock movements, deferred revenue analysis)
- Monthly reporting HFM USGAAP
- Control and improve company processes
- Direct contact with financial institutions pay roll office
- Prepare weekly forecast budget
- Prepare reports for operations
Profile:
-An initial experience as Accounting Administrator/Accountant is a plus
- Minimum of 5 year experience in a financial environment
- Good knowledge of Excel
- Knowledge of HFM is a plus
- IT-literated
- Adherent to deadlines
- Languages: Dutch, French, English,
- Good communication
- Hands-on and analytical
- Accurate
- Discrete
