Job Description: Consistently on Forbes Top 100 list, we are seeking an Accountant in Food and Beverage Operations for our Minneapolis Office. Duties: Record journal entries, perform account reconciliations, conduct financial analysis and daily monitorings, and report banking transactions, practices and procedures as well as Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). Review Profit and Loss statements with Department heads for the Food and Beverage Operations including recipe cost calculations, cost management, and purchasing calculations. Manage inventories and control par stocks. Manage all food and beverage accounts. Develop current cost goods reports using inventory control practices. Provide upper management with financial analysis. Position Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Hospitality Management or related field of study.
