Metro Door - Dispatch Supervisor

Metro's expertise spans diverse trades including doors, locks, plumbing, electrical and handyman services, with 24 hour availability and rapid response times. Our Company complements its service offerings with in-house design and manufacturing of a variety of security enclosures which are marketed to the same customer base. Cintas is currently seeking a Dispatch Supervisor for their Metro Door Division. This position will be responsible for job escalations, screening calls, and load balancing the dispatches to the team. Responsibilities include hiring, training and mentoring the dispatch team to reach daily goals. Job duties will include negotiating rates with vendors, serving as a liaison between TSM's, AM's and vendors, and facilitating discussions with the outcome of compromise and resolution. Excellent negotiation skills are required to purchase services within price confines while meeting delivery schedules and deadlines, as well as the ability to motivate and influence others. Keyboard typing skills, required. Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word, preferred.
