Accounting Clerk Job in Pennsauken 08109, New Jersey US
JJ Snack Foods Sales Corp. in Pennsauken, NJ, has an opening for a full-time Accounting Clerk.
Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00pm
Duties will include but will not be limited to:
- data entry, processing journal entries,
- researching sales issues - processing credit/debit memos
- reconciling inventory balances and bank accounts
The qualified candidate will possess the following:
- working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
- general office experience with strong concentration in accounting area
- The candidate must be trustworthy, dependable, committed, and organized, punctual, quick-learner, ability to multi-task, confidentiality important, detail oriented.
- must possess ability to handle tight timelines and work independently
- Must have professional demeanor and strong work ethic.
