Accounting Manager Job in 07016

Job Description

·        Maintain and reconcile G/L for Consolidated Entity Group.

·        Develop and monitor monthly and annual Budgets and Forecasts.

·        Develop and maintain accounting procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and adherence to tight deadlines.

·        Develop more efficient procedures and use of resources.

·        Perform Account Analysis and Gross Profit Reporting.

·        Records retention management.

·        Calculation of monthly Sales Commissions.

·        Monitor purchasing and credit limits.

·        Development of Ad-Hoc reports.

·        Cross train with other accounting members to cover during their absences.

Job Requirements

·        BA/BS in Accounting

·        Stable job history.

·        Strong Microsoft Excel skills.

·        Great Plains experience in transactional use and creation of reports.

·        Minimum 5 years experience in Accounting.

·        Self motivated with strong attention to detail.

·        Experience in Budgeting/ Forecasting / Gross Profit Analysis

·        Knowledge of GAAP reporting.
