Accounting Manager recruitment
Our client, NXMH is a family office in the private equity sector. The company was recently formed in Belgium and is a subsidiary of NXC. NXC is a holding company managing the interests of a wealthy entrepreneurial family from Korea, who owns the majority of Nexon - largest online gaming company in the world started in Korea and now headquartered in Japan, where it went public on the Tokyo Stock Exchange in December 2011.
NXMH manages several hundred million Euros worth of assets.
For the offices located in Brussels, they are currently looking for a (m/f) Accounting Manager.
Function:
Reporting to the Finance Director, you will have following responsibilities:
- Maintain general ledgers including entering and posting journal entries, adding/deleting accounts;
- Manage payables and receivables with the help of an assistant;
- Follow up cash flow;
- Monthly reporting: reconcile bank statements, generate and review financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow statement);
- Weekly reporting (cash flow statement);
- Coordinate year-end review with CPA’s;
- Coordinate administrative tasks (payroll, health insurance, car plans,…).
Profile:
- Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance;
- Minimum 3-6 years experience in accounting or audit;
- Fluent in Dutch, English and French;
- Excellent computer skills (Excel), experience with accounting software (Bob or Exact preferred);
- Detailed, well organized, good communication skills, independent;
- At ease in an entrepreneurial environment.
