Accounting Manager recruitment
As an Accounting Manager you will be reponsible for all areas relating to financial reporting. And addresses tight deadlines and a multitude of accounting activities including general ledger preparation, financial reporting, year end accounting and tax audit preparation and the support of budget and forecast activities.
You will be reporting into the Finance Director and supervise one membr of staff (Accountant)
Main Responsiblities :
- Accounting: Active role in the monthly account analysis, book accounting closure and while for supervising the accountants activities:
- Plan and coordinate the monthly book Accounting closures in relation with Controlling and Treasury in order to meet internal and external deadlines (monthly, quarterly, half-year and yearly basis),
- Ensure J journal Entries (automatic and manual) reflect the reality of DPCAFC activities (accurate information) including maintenance of recurring journal entries and allocations,
- Ensure the Account reconciliation and analysis: all balance and off-balance sheet accounts have to be justified and this justification has to be formalised within the Monthly accounting closure (according to the periodicity of balance sheet accounts justification). All differences between Accounting and PROFINANCE have to be explained and justified with proper documentation.
- Deal with external / internal auditors relating Accounting
Internal and External Reporting:
- Prepaid Expenses, Accrued Expenses, Investments, Deposits, Funding, Equity, Inter-company balances,
- Prepare on time the statutory (CN GAAP) and IFRS financial statements including profit loss statement, balance sheet statement, cash flows, footnote disclosures and other supporting and supplemental schedules and exhibits for each filing,
- Communicate the financial statements with the shareholders according to their planning and using if necessary their unified system for data consolidation.
- Communicate the required reports to PBOC and/or CBRC as required on time and with proper and accurate information
- Be In charge of the relation with PBOC / CBRC relating Regulatory reporting
- Tax management: Responsible for company tax (of which business tax and inception tax)
- Perform income tax calculation, differed tax calculation,
- Settle the quarterly payments,
- Prepare the annual state tax return calculation and declaration
- In charge of the relation with external / internal auditors relating Tax
Project management:
Be In charge of defining the Accounting and Regulatory statements within the context of DPCAFC new projects to be implemented (new / modification of accounting matrix, new / modification of reports…)
Others:
- Treasurer and firm wide Managers/Directors regarding to financial results and support overall department goals and objectives
- Supervise the general ledger to ensure all financial reporting deadlines are met.
- Ensure the daily, monthly, quarterly, half yearly AFC compliance activities (external reporting) are performed in a timely and accurate manner:
- CBRC reports
- PBOC reports (1. Trial balance reports; 2. Loan statistic reports; 3. Rate reports)
- Monitor and analyze accounting work to,
- Develop more efficient procedures and use of resources while maintaining a high level of accuracy,
- Assist in development and implementation of new procedures and features to enhance the workflow of the department,
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
University degree
Minimum 2 4 years in accounting management
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
- Familiarity with company development planning.
- Overall knowledge and methodology related to accounting, financial management, costing accounting and financial analysis.
- Familiarity with the knowledge and software related to the computerization of financial functions and finance
- Familiarity with taxation and law basic knowledge related to company financial management
