Accounting/Orcl HFM Implementation Job in South Bay 95134, California US

Description:

·         Performs monthly, quarterly and annual financial close consolidations process involving detailed understanding and application of GAAP (especially inter-company related)

-          Project based role specific to HFM.  This role will serve as an interface between the consolidations team and the HFM implementation team.  The ideal candidate will have hands on experience in an Orcle implementation (ideally HFM).  This role will be charged with providing input to the implementation team as to the business needs and further, helping out with the testing phase in validating data. 

·         Understand and gain experience specific tools and processes related to the close and consol process

Skills and Experience:

·         Must have extensive experience with close and consolidation process and financial reporting with a multi-national company (corporate experience preferred)

·         Should have Oracle experience (HFM highly preferred)

·         Ability to work in fast-paced environment

·         Need to have excellent communication and teamwork skills

·         Manage projects, be organized and drive to completion many different projects

·         Collaborate and manage work across many different finance groups and levels

·         Well organized and detailed (“zero defects”)

·         Schedule must be flexible enough to work with people in many different time zones
