This dynamic software house based just outside Manchester are looking to add an enthusiastic Support Analyst/ Technical Support Engineer to their Software Support team. The role will involve providing technical support on their infrastructure and bespoke applications. The ideal Support Analyst/technical support engineer should be able to demonstrate excellent problem solving skills coupled with excellent interpersonal skills as the role will involve interfacing with clients.

This Support Analyst role will suit a Junior Technical support engineer looking for their 2nd role within IT support or would be ideal for a Graduate with a university placement in a support analyst role.

The Support Analyst/ Technical support Engineer will have knowledge of web based systems and have worked in an ITIL environment .

o Microsoft Exchange 2003/2008

o VMWare
o Microsoft Office 2003 2007
