Accounts & Administration Assistant
Hays Accountancy Finance are working in partnership with one of Cornwall's most iconic establishments to recruit an Accounts and Administration Assistant into their head office team.
Working closely with the MD and Company Accountant this is a vital role within a growing and successful organisation.
Reporting to the Accountant, duties and responsibilities will include:
Processing Invoices, logging invoices onto Sage, matching and coding invoices and purchase order numbers, supplier statement reconciliation and handling related queries in order that timely payment can be made.
The role will also see the successful applicant looking after administration duties relating to the property such as communication with facilities and service providers, filing of information, secretarial support and diary management.
Already experienced within an administration and/or accounts based role, the successful applicant will be well presented, articulate and confident in written, verbal and face to face communication. You will demonstrate initiative and be a natural solution finder with a positive disposition, helpful nature and good working command of MS office, with experience of Sage Accounts being an advantage.
This position is offered on a permanent contract an will present the applicants with the opportunity to work in one of the counties most recognised organisations. There can be an immediate start for the successful candidate.
