Accounts / administrator

My client, a forward thinking International business, is looking to recruit an Administrator / accounts candidate reporting into the Admin Manager. The successful applicant will be responsible for providing an accounting and administration service to the business. This role will involve collating, processing and maintaining data and supporting documents for controls and audit purposes within department timetables. This role involves the accounts function but there will be no career progression for someone wanting to develop a finance career, as it will lean towards the administration process. Working within a small and friendly team a flexible attitude to work is key together with the ability to work under pressure when required.

Duties include:

· Payroll - monthly processing and reconciliation
· Journals – post and review monthly journals
· All aspects of sales ledger processing and Credit Control
· Cash flow, sales for week and Age Debtors figures
· Bank reconciliations; prepare cash books, journal and reconciliations
· Age creditors monthly control account reconciliation
· Stock control and monthly stock reconciliation
· Purchase ordering, GRN and creditor invoice posting
· Purchase ledger control account and statement reconciliation
· VAT returns and reconciliations
· Internal and external audit process
· Document control and recorded modification
· Manage operating procedures and associated work instructions
· Monthly quality minutes and reporting
· Prepare quotations and product information for customer needs
· Sales order processing and despatch note control
· Coordinate despatch logistics
· Liaison with production facilities, despatch and site services.
· Import/export process documentation and despatch control
· Report customer enquiries and CRM reporting on a weekly monthly Basis
