Customer Care Representative

A fantastic job opportunity has risen with a global leader in engineering and technology services based in Camberley. They are looking to recruit a Customer Care representative to join the growing team on a permanent basis.

The main responsibilities for this role will be to manage all customer requests and support, logging all service and application related calls on the appropriate service management system. Forward all logged service/applications calls to the respective technical/applications team. To act as a 'point of contact' for the switchboard for general Healthcare customer related enquiries, forwarding them to the appropriate areas of the business. Process all field engineer despatch requests on the service management system. Identifying suitable customer service engineers by optimising qualifications, availability and location.

The right candidate will have previous experience in a customer service based role. You will need to be driven by providing first class customer service at all times. Have a good telephone manner, being professional and friendly whilst also having a keen eye for detail. 

Please note the role will require shift work on a 36.5 hour per week basis including weekends.
