This leading accountancy firm in Guildford is seeking an Accounts Business Advisory Manager to join their team. In this Accounts Business Advisory Manager job you will be managing a mixed portfolio of accounting clients comprising of sole traders, partnerships and limited liability partnerships, and corporates. Being the day to day point of contact for the client, you will plan, control and review accounts work prepared by the team to ensure quality of service is maintained at a consistently high level.
The successful candidate will be ACA or ACCA qualified, with experience of managing a client portfolio and supervising staff. Accounts experience in a practice environment is essential. You will be commercially aware and demonstrate an understanding of wider business and economic issues, have a proactive and flexible approach, the ability to act on your own initiative and handle difficult situations. Excellent communication and people skills and the ability to deal with clients at all levels are a given for this job.
