Accounts / Credit Control Assistant

Due to restructure within the Credit Control team my client is looking to recruit a Credit Control Assistant to join them on a permanent basis. This is an entry level role that is ideal for someone who is looking for a career within credit control / finance.

Some previous credit control experience would be advantageous, however candidates with general transactional finance experience, or customer service experience will also be considered.

The successful candidate will be accountable for maximising cash collections and ensuring that the level of overdue accounts are kept to a minimum.

Duties will include:

- Managing daily arrears on customer accounts
- Raising customer invoices
- Handling in bound calls
- Helping to resolve queries
- Administering requests for copy invoices and statements
- Reporting on aged debt

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be keen to develop their career within credit control / credit management. You will be a self motivated candidate who is a strong team player.
