Accounts Manager P-T

A bespoke organisation based in Slough that produces high quality kitchen fittings has a job for a part time Accounts Manager. 

The purpose of the job is to provide a first class accounting function up to and including trial balance for the company as a whole. Key responsibilities include complete bank reconciliation, undertaking all journal entries, producing management accounts and budgetary analysis, producing VAT returns, undertaking month and year end for submission to the external accountants, producing fortnightly payment runs and ensuring they are reconciled  to delivery notes and purchase orders, ensuring all bank reconciliation and supplier accounts are up to date and checked.

The role also involves managing the Accounts Administrator and supervising their work involving credit card duties, data entry, invoice raising, bank reconciliation and coding.

The right candidate will be part qualified CIMA or ACCA or fully qualified AAT, have a 2.2 or higher degree level education, 2 passes at A Level (A-C), 5 passes at GCSE (A-C), have strong Microsoft Excel skills, and Sage Line 50 would be beneficial. You will have strong verbal and written communication, good attention to detail, low error rate and be highly self motivated.
